
Dorene Sain
A resident of the Bitterroot valley for 35 years, Dorene Sain has a great love of the mountains and the wild and scenic rivers of Montana. Over the years Dorene has explored many of the trails of the area and knows Ravalli County and the surrounding area well. Dedicated to her clients, she has earned a reputation for quality services. After entering the real estate profession in 1990, and after working with a Hamilton firm for 5 years, Dorene founded Alpine Realty. Now celebrating over 20 years in real estate, Dorene has worked with the local Board of Realtors® and serves on several committees. With GRI designation, The 1996 Regional Tourism Person of the Year, named among the top “Luxury Real Estate specialists of the Mountain States” by “Unique Homes” are a few of her credits, but her biggest accolades come from her clients!
When not assisting Bitterroot real estate clients, Dorene enjoys gardening, bicycling, horseback riding, hiking, downhill skiing, and occasionally riding her motorcycle. Dorene is also involved in the local community, and enjoys being part of various organizations and events. Dan and Marie Myers
Dan and his wife Marie (Dan’s “Assistant”) started visiting Montana in 1987 and bought their home on the Bitterroot River in 1991. Both Dan and Marie have active real estate licenses in Florida and Montana. Dan is a graduate of Florida Atlantic University with a BS in Business Education.
In Delray Beach, Dan & Marie owned and operated a Landscape Design Build Firm specializing in golf course communities with builders and developers. Dan is President of Plantation House on Captiva Island, Florida, board member of Foxhunt Townhomes in Sapphire Valley, North Carolina, past board member of Florida Atlantic Builders Association and presently a life member of the National Eagle Scout Association.

Jane Berryhill
Jane has been coming to the Bitterroot since her family purchased a ranch in the Sula area in 1996. She has been here with her three children full time for the past four years after moving over from Washington State, now residing in the Conner/Sula area. She grew up in the Central Valley of California where she was raised on a ranch amidst vineyards and orchards. She later on attended college and earned her Masters degree in Clinical Counseling and Biofeedback while working as a Realtor® in Montana. Jane also hosts a music venue at “The Jump” open during the summer season, call for the current schedule.
Her move to Montana was for her kids – she wanted them to have the country lifestyle that she was afforded years ago in California. Jane became a Realtor here in Montana five years ago and is currently working to earn her GRI Designation. She loves the challenge of finding the right home or land for the right people, and enjoys the process of discovery with clients as they explore the valley and find the perfect place, given the different personalities of all of the towns up and down the valley!

Albert Zepeda
Al keeps busy with housing development in the Missoula and Lolo area’s of Montana. When not working, Al find’s his way to many river’s and lake’s of Montana for flyfishing and R&R with his trusted buddy ” Strabo” ( German Shepard) at his side.
